About

Background

Having worked 2 decades for Certified Public Accounting firms, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, I specialized in international tax for cross-border executives of multinational companies.  Translating complex tax rules and policies in layman terms so that each of my clients clearly understood what their financial impact would be in planning was key to my success.  As an Enrolled Agent (EA), as authorized by the IRS, my specialization is in US tax.  As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst   (CDFA®) designation from the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts™ (IDFA™), my specialized knowledge in tax law and marital asset distribution in the context of divorce, can help you navigate the divorce process and prepare for financial success after divorce.

Motivation

Filling the gap because your attorney or mediator's expertise is calculating and quantifying your long-term financial needs—everything from retirement to insurance to college savings and trusts. Divorce can create a personal financial crisis, so it’s a critical time to have someone in your corner.  Divorce rules are complicated and personally having gone through my own divorce, I can empathize with the difficulties in the process.
